right now i'm using Microsoft Paint to make art, which is a crappy way to make art. I already know this. I'm not making this to ask to get scouted. I'm making this because i want to know if there may be any other free or cheap ways to make art. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please tell me. if not, then whatever.
